Welcome to the New Site

 Well hello and welcome to the new site, we had some troubles with the old one, and I felt that a change was in order. But I think in the long run this will be a change for the best. I have adopted a more aggressive media release schedule meaning more audio and video to independent music lovers. We are working on improving the way the video library is handled on the new site as before the videos were not really hosted on here and were on various other sources instead. Going to the other sources like youtube, myspace, blip, and viddler won't change, you will still count on us to populate all those websites with great local music, but instead will be able to find all those videos here on this site. I have cleaned up the forums and encourage you to use them to tell us about your opinions on bands, music, venues, and services you have used or to ask for more information about each of them. We will be getting more writing on the site and are looking for other authors for the site in addition to myself and other contributors we have already. I hope you enjoy Fort Albert's new site and thank you for helping us strengthen the local music community. Michael
